What does Anthill Sourcing do?
Anthill Sourcing is a global sourcing and trade company. We help buyers get products from manufacturers in India and China, and we help manufacturers sell by marketing their products, finding buyers and closing deals. We run every step in between, from the first enquiry to delivery.
What products can you source?
Almost anything made in India or China: textiles, home and kitchen goods, bags and leather, ceramics and glass, handicrafts and murti, furniture, electronics, machinery and tools, packaging, gifts and toys. See all sectors.
Which countries do you work in?
We are active in India (buyers and manufacturers), China (manufacturers) and Nepal (buyers), and we accept enquiries from buyers and manufacturers in every other market.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one business day. For anything urgent, message us on WhatsApp.
For buyers
How does sourcing with Anthill Sourcing work?
You tell us what you need. We shortlist checked manufacturers, quote, arrange samples, follow production, inspect the goods and coordinate shipping until the order reaches you.
Do you check quality before goods are shipped?
Yes. We check during production and before dispatch, against your approved sample and specification, with photo reports. Goods don’t ship until they pass.
Can I order samples first?
Yes. Samples are made, checked and couriered to you before production. Sampling usually takes 7 to 14 days, and costs are confirmed in your quotation.
How long does an order take?
Shortlists usually take 2 to 4 days, quotations 3 to 5 days and samples 7 to 14 days. Production time depends on the product and quantity and is confirmed before you order.
Do you deliver to Nepal and other countries?
Yes. We serve buyers in India and Nepal and accept enquiries from every other market. We coordinate freight and cross-border paperwork.

How does Anthill Sourcing help manufacturers sell?
We market your products to buyers through our network and channels, handle enquiries and quotations, negotiate for you and follow through until the order is confirmed and dispatched.
Who can become a partner?
Factories, workshops and artisan units in India and China that make products to a consistent standard and can supply in volume. We are expanding to manufacturers in other countries.
What do I need to apply?
Product photos or a catalogue, prices, MOQs, monthly capacity and contact details. A call or factory visit may follow.
What does it cost?
Terms are agreed with each manufacturer before we start, based on your products and volumes. Get in touch and we’ll explain how it works for you.
