- Details you send through our forms, email or WhatsApp, such as your name, company, email, phone, country and the products you want to buy or sell.
- Technical information recorded by our hosting provider, such as IP address and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site running.
Tools and live data
Our calculators run entirely in your browser; numbers you type are not sent to us. The trade map and currency tools load public data from the World Bank and an exchange-rate service directly in your browser. Those services receive your IP address as part of the request, under their own privacy policies.
How we use your information
- To reply to enquiries and prepare quotations.
- To match buyers and manufacturers, which means sharing the details needed for a deal with the other party.
- To arrange samples, inspections, shipping and documents.
- To keep business and tax records.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your personal information or share it with anyone except partners needed to complete your request, such as manufacturers, buyers, inspectors and logistics providers.
Storage and retention
Form submissions are emailed to our team and kept in a private backup on our server. We keep enquiry and order information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal requirements.
